I have never worked at a company that does so much for you and goes above and beyond to show their appreciation. You may get dirty but they have worked hard installing showers to make sure you can go home clean. There is plenty of overtime opportunities, health care, and benefits. I can say from experience that if you are one of their employees they got your back through anything.
