At Close the Loop, we believe waste is not the end, it’s an opportunity to create something better. Since 2001, we’ve been helping the world shift from a linear model of consumption to a circular economy where materials are continuously recovered, repurposed, and reused.
We design and deliver innovative solutions that support global brands, retailers, manufacturers, and governments in meeting sustainability goals, reducing environmental impact, and keeping valuable resources in circulation.
Close the Loop is creating a world where resources are continuously recycled and reintegrated. With collaborative effort across communities and industries, fostering partnerships among all stakeholders we will create a future with zero waste to landfill.
We are leading a revolution from collection to creation in the ever changing global material supply-chain. We are restless in our pursuit for innovative solutions, ensuring our way of life is not just preserved, but enriched for future generations.

At Close the Loop, we create full-circle solutions that give materials new life. From sustainable packaging and IT refurb to advanced recycling programs, we help businesses minimise waste, recover value, and meet their sustainability goals. Every solution is designed to support the circular economy, reducing landfill, conserving resources, and closing the loop from production to recovery.
Collection is a key component toward achieving a Circular Economy. It demands thoughtful consideration not only to what is being collected but how it’s being accomplished. With the right tools and strategies in place, this initiative can help grow your market share and protect your brand while accomplishing your sustainability goals.
Close the Loop’s proprietary technologies and recovery processes, separates materials to a new useable form ensuring the security of your product and its core elements. And at the end of the process all material is recovered and put back into the commodities market, actually closing the material loop.
Close the Loop understands the best form of recycle is first reuse. Our processes include being able to disposition product and provide the received product or products back into the supply chain.
We operate in Australia, the U.S., Europe, and South Africa, delivering circular solutions that are global in scale but tailored to local needs.
Our infrastructure and logistics networks ensure we can support clients wherever sustainability matters most.
In North America, our network has expanded with a dedicated ITAD facility in Mexicali, Mexico, boosting capacity to refurbish and recycle printers, laptops, and other IT assets while lowering carbon impacts linked to cross-border transport.
We help turn waste into resources. With a Zero Waste to Landfill approach, we recover and reuse materials to create new products, like TonerPlas® and rFlex®, that reduce waste and support real-world outcomes.
Close the Loop first earned global trust by designing and managing take-back, recovery, and reuse programs for the imaging industry, partnering with leaders like Xerox, Staples, HP, and Konica Minolta.
