Over the years of working closely with our loyal customers, Close the Loop has expanded its services. We are no longer simply providing a collection and recycling service similar to that of other Waste Managers. Instead we see ourselves as 'Your Materials Recovery Solution' - someone who will listen and develop processes to ensure you have the best program to offer your clients.

Some of the services we now offer our customers are:

Testing: We can test the chips or read the serial number information from your cartridges through dedicated Testing Stations to check reuse capabilities or to data capture.

Repack: Our skilled Operators can carefully repack your nominated cartridges, sorting by Family groups or types, into approved shipping containers ready for return to your nominated supplier. These cartridges can be repacked for reuse or remanufacture or simply for destruction through another supplier.

Rewards Fulfillment: For any Loyalty or Rewards programs set up with your clients, Close the Loop can collect, report and process the cartridge followed by the supply and tracked deployment of the reward to that customer. Daily, monthly or weekly reporting can be produced to view success of the program.

Bulk wastes / Counterfeit destruction: Close the Loop provides secure processes to destroy any bulk or Counterfeit wastes guaranteeing Zero waste to Landfill. Images and a Resource Recovery Certificate (Destruction Certificate) can also be provided. Full video recording or Counterfit destruction can also be supplied.

Detailed Reporting: Reporting on specific product types, sectors, industries, customers, collection areas (Post codes/States) is accessible through the unique purpose built database Close the Loop uses to capture all data.

Design for Environment: Close the Loop will work with manufacturers to further understand their product make ups. We can work with an organization with an aim reduce the complexity and incompatabilities often see through cartridge recycling.

Environmental Consultation: Close the Loop can project manage a review of existing or potential collection and/or recycling processes available to an organization, Australia wide or Globally.
