Close the Loop Shareholders

Since 2001 when the company was founded Close the Loop has been supported by a growing number of shareholders. As of today there are 485 shareholders in
Close the Loop Ltd.

The company communicates regularly to all of its shareholders through a quarterly newsletter which outlines recent financial and operating performance as well as progress on the achievement of the strategic objectives of the company. Shareholders are encouraged to communicate to the company on matters they believe are relevant for the Board and management.
