From its outset, the company has always been driven by its values and its vision. Today our strategy is focused on achieving excellence in material recovery, providing a reliable and efficient service for our customers whilst demonstrating maximum environmental gain. Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy documents outline the company's commitment and in association with our Quality Policy these form the basis of the way the company is operated and detail our values and principles that we monitor and evaluate our performance against. Internally we use the term 'licence to operate' to describe how we assess our performance, in order to maintain our licence to operate we must fully comply with the Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality policies. These policies are supported by our Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental
and Zero Waste Policies which are integrated into the CtL management system, all of
which is accredited to the International Standards for Quality Management
Systems. In Australia we are accredited to ISO 9001: 2010 and Environmental Management Systems: ISO 14001:
